Fishing Guild Member Willie asks you to find a small purple box. Its owner dropped it in the water. You could try to fish it out with special bait ergonomically designed to attract "purple boxes", or you could ask around to see if anyone's already found it.

When you open the small purple treasure chest, you find a small glass box. Take it to Anabel in Heine Village.
